Corporate Social Responsibility
Healthcare starts with dignity, opportunity, and community. Through our CSR work, we back vulnerable groups with access to education, health, and the means to live with independence. We work alongside partners who are already rooted in the communities they serve, so what we put in turns into change that lasts.
How we choose where to give
We've supported the same set of organisations since Nichepharm began. We choose them the same way each time. The giving has to bring a real, tangible benefit to the people it reaches, and the work has to sit in one of the areas we care about: education, children's welfare, healthcare, and care for the elderly. Organisations that meet that bar are welcome to approach us.
Our focus areas
Swami Rama Himalayan University, Jolly Grant
We fund the development of a world-class medical school at Swami Rama Himalayan University. The work builds the infrastructure that support the next generation of doctors, and strengthens medical service provision across the region for years to come.
Sir Ganga Ram Hospital
We fund complex surgeries for underprivileged children at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital. These are procedures that families would otherwise have no way to afford, and for the children who receive them, they change the course of a life.
Rotary Club of Madras Charitable Trust
We support the Rotary Club of Madras Charitable Trust, which runs its 3H project rehabilitating people affected by polio. Our funding helps provide scholarships to deserving polio-affected students, along with medical equipment and the infrastructure that supports their recovery.
Cheshire Home India
We support Cheshire Home India in its work with disabled residents, funding better living conditions, access to medical care, and the mobility aids that help people live more independently. The home exists to improve quality of life for its residents, and we help it do that.
